Full time Lettings Negotiator

We are recruiting for a full-time negotiator within our busy lettings office.

Experience preferred but not essential

All candidates must have a full, clean driving license

Salary will be based upon experience

Keys responsibilities

To maximise income from the lettings office and to achieve an agreed target

Provide excellent customer service to customers looking to rent properties and landlords whom wish to secure quality tenants

To act in accordance with Company policy

To achieve agreed office and individual sales performance targets

To comply with relevant legislation

Good communication skills are a must along with the ability to be discreet and tactful and have a flexible and adaptable approach
