The company's “flagship” office was opened in April 1987, and is the largest in the organisation. A hugely busy and vibrant office recently refurbished to a stunningly high standard, it encompasses three specialised departments - one dealing with the sale of flats and apartments, one the marketing of family houses, ranging from terraced homes in central Hove to large family residences, located in the prestigious residential areas of New Church Road, Hove Park and Dyke Road Avenue and thirdly our Land and New Homes departments. Headed by Partner, Glenn Mishon, with partners Julie Frith and Matthew Hollywood these dedicated departments solely deal with the sale of land and the development of new and converted homes. Dealing with properties from Bexhill-on-Sea to Worthing, along the coast, and up to Crawley in the north; this exciting business is going from strength to strength.
Headed by Marc Cox, the Hove team is characterised by a rarely achieved successful blend of experience, youth and enthusiasm. Marc is supported by Sarah, Damian, Chris, Matt & John.
Since its inception in 1987 the Hove office has handled the sale of a substantial number of properties, across the Hove area, many of which have been sold several times by the office, a testimony to the public's confidence in the service they have received. The marketing of all of our clients' homes are treated with equal enthusiasm, whether it be a small studio flat or a large mansion property in one of the city's finest residential locations.
