For our next Property of the Month, instead of picking a property ourselves, we thought it’d be fun to open it up to the public to help us decide which home should be featured next. We asked you, the public, to share which property you’d choose and why, over on our Facebook and Instagram channels. We had lots of great comments and the winning home is property number 2, Mile Oak Road, Southwick, as chosen by Gloria. Gloria chose this lovely family home for its character and said there are lots of memories waiting to be made here.
The property itself is double fronted with a large driveway and has been added to with a two storey front to back side extension, as well as a loft conversion.
On the ground floor there’s a through living/dining room, a kitchen breakfast room, and a WC and shower room. There’s a further reception room which could be used as an additional bedroom, which is ideal given the downstairs shower room.
Upstairs are four double bedrooms and a good sized family bathroom.
On the second floor there’s a further double bedroom which has been used as a play room in the past. It’s an excellent space and the vendors advise that there are also the facilities available for an en suite in there, should you wish to make this a master bedroom.
