Mishon Mackay have an exciting and rare opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager to join their Kemp Town Sales team. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a successful track record in Estate Agency with an ability to manage and motivate a sales team.

The role:

– Register enquires from prospective vendors to book valuations.

– Conduct valuations on a range of properties.

– Negotiate offers and agree sales and progress them though to exchange and completion.

– Be responsible for the running, performance and management of the sales team including morning meetings and regular 1-2-1s.

Key skills of the ideal candidate:

– An experienced Branch Manager within the estate agency sector

– Excellent conversion rate of valuations to instructions

– Be target driven and have a proven track record in generating new business

– IT competent

– Good organisational skills

– Great customer service and communication skills

– A full, clean driving licence
