Mishon Mackay are a leading independent, ARLA registered Letting agent based in central Brighton covering the City and Mid-Sussex. We are looking for a Property Manager/Completions Coordinator to join our team.

The role:

– Provide comprehensive and accurate administrative/legal documents to the successful setting up of new tenancies. Working closely with landlords, applicants, tenants and colleagues.

– Managing the referencing application process for new tenants by liaising with referencing provider, applicants and Landlord.

– Organise, book and oversee any applicable reports and documents required in preparation of a tenancy set up

– Oversee and assist with reported maintenance from existing tenants, liaising with tradesman, landlords and tenants.

– Carrying out periodic inspections of managed properties

– A number of basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices, applying fees to accounts and daily banking

-Various other administration tasks to include share of managing the out of hours mobile

Key skills of the ideal candidate:

– Excellent communication skills

– Great organisation skills and ability to manage own workload

– Works well in a fast paced environment

– IT competent and professional phone manner

– Outstanding customer service skills

– Property management experience preferred but not essential

This role is full time with a possibility of hybrid working after initial training period. The working hours are Monday-Friday 8.45am-5.30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 9am-3pm.
