We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Negotiator/Sales Manager to join our Hove Sales team.

Responsibilities:

– Register enquires from prospective vendors to book viewings and valuations.

– Conduct valuations on a range of properties

– Carry out viewings on a range of properties

– Negotiate offers and agree sales and progress them though to exchange and completion.

The successful candidate will have:

– Experience in conducting valuations and sales progression

– Excellent customer service and communication skills

– Ability to work in a team environment

– Full UK driver’s license and own car
