Property Manager

A highly organised and enthusiastic Property Manager is required for a busy and challenging role.
This position will involve dealing with property maintenance issues, coordinating various certificates and tests, liaising with landlords and tenants, processing invoices, tenancy renewals, carrying out property inspections, move in’s/check outs and various other administration tasks.
Experience in property management preferred but not essential. The successful applicant will have a strong background in administration, be good at working in a team and with their own initiative and be confident.
Full, clean driver's licence essential.
