Senior Sales Negotiator - Kemp Town Office

You will support the office manager to drive the team and ensure the smooth running of the day to day business. You will be an experienced estate agent with knowledge of valuing a range of property with the ability to drive new business and build relationships. Customer service and IT skills are essential.


Full, clean driver's licence required.


£19K Basic Salary to £25-30K OTE


Working hours are Monday-Friday 8.45am-6.00pm and every other Saturday 8.45am-5.00pm.

Mishon Mackay are looking for a secretary to join the Kemp Town and Rottingdean offices.

Your main responsibilities will be to provide comprehensive and accurate administrative/secretarial support to the office with tasks to include, but not limited to; preparing property details, advertising on various property portals, letter writing, ensuring the office is compliant in all aspects of money laundering and general day to day administrative tasks.

You should have experience in all office programmes and have a keen eye for detail. You should be a confident and outgoing person to work in a busy sales environment.

A full, clean driver's licence would be beneficial.

This role is permanent and full time - Monday to Friday 8.45am-6.00pm and occasional Saturday cover 8.45am-5.00pm.

Land and New Homes Office Coordinator

A new position has been created within the busy Land & New Homes office of Mishon Mackay for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator.

The new position will be responsible for the administrative sales support of the department (both Land and New Homes) together with the co-ordination of the marketing and advertising.

This is an opportunity for an existing secretary or administrator who wishes to expand their job role to include more marketing and advertising based work, or a marketing person with strong administrative skills. We are looking for someone with creative flair who enjoys learning about new technologies and is looking for a new challenge’

The role will be varied and will span a variety of disciplines so good organisational skills will be essential. A good eye for detail will be essential as will the ability to work within a busy office environment.

Based in the main office in Hove, the successful candidate will report directly to the Directors and will work closely with the senior team offering them support where needed.
