Steve started his career as an estate agent in 1987 as a junior negotiator. His years of experience, combined with a passion for property, led to him managing our very successful Hove Office for a number of years before being asked to take on his current role where he looks after the residential sales teams across the group and plays a role in developing our business across the board. His favourite part of the property business is giving clients straightforward advice on the value of their property and gaining the confidence necessary to be entrusted with the sale of their home.


Chris Pearson | Branch Manager

Chris has been in the property business for over ten years, and his years of experience make him an essential part of our dynamic Hove team. His favourite part of the business is seeing the fantastic and unique properties that Brighton and Hove has to offer. Having developed a good reputation dealing with the top end of the property market has enabled Chris to give experienced advice to potential clients, which has boosted customer recommendations and earned him repeat business from clients who left happy with their sale or purchase.


Amy Newman | Senior Sales Negotiator

Passionate about Hove’s beautiful properties, Amy has been selling homes since 2013. She is especially committed to offering a top class service for all of her clients, which combined with her skillful negotiations and enthusiasm has made her a success at Mishon Mackay. Amy’s years in the business have made her passion for selling homes grow even greater, and she says that even today, seeing a client through from the first home showing to handing over the keys to their new home still makes her smile.

Sue has been working at Mishon Mackay for seven years. Her extensive experience and negotiating skills have proven invaluable. Tom Gannaway | Sales Negotiator

Tom has worked at Mishon Mackay since 2015 and has recently moved from our Brighton office to our Hove team. Tom has experience in the customer service sector and his background has proven invaluable in keeping clients satisfied. His favourite part of estate agency is the opportunity to interact with many different people every day, and he enjoys seeing how diverse both properties and purchasers’ requirements can be, making matching the client with their perfect home a satisfying challenge. Sarah Mccarthy | Sales Progressor

Another member of our Hove team with a long and illustrious history at Mishon Mackay, Sarah joined us over twenty years ago as a viewing assistant, progressing over the years to valuation manager and then sales progressor. Spending so many years at our Hove office means that Sarah has had the pleasure of seeing many clients returning to her over the years to handle the sale of their home. Her years of experience makes her well-qualified to liaise with clients and their solicitors and ensure that a tricky sale goes through smoothly. Sarah’s favourite part of the job is solving any problems that arise during a sale and making sure that everyone leaves happy.

Bailey Gannaway | Wellbeing Officer

Bailey is the newest addition to the team and the customers love him! He can be seen networking with colleagues and clients alike. He keeps everyone in check and loves a cuddle.
