    The Old Market

    The Old Market, or TOM as it is affectionately known, is one of the best places to see a live performance in Brighton and Hove.     Hove Park

    A large green space north of Hove’s centre, Hove Park is the place to be for local residents, children, runners and dog walkers who want to enjoy a beautiful day outside. With almost forty acres, the park features large swathes of open grass, trees, gardens and recreational facilities including a large, popular playground, football pitch, several tennis courts, basketball court, bowling green and even a climbing boulder.

    Hove Museum and Art Gallery

    Visit Hove Museum and Art Gallery and enter a wonderful world of local history, cinema, toys and fine art. Children young and old will love the Wizard’s Attic, which has hundreds of toys from dolls, teddy bears, toy trains and much, much more and rooms that show you what life was like for little boys and girls from different centuries.

    Hove Lagoon

    Hove Lagoon is a top destination for locals who love the water! One of the UK’s top watersports centres, Hove Lagoon offers lessons and rentals in sailing, kayaking, windsurfing, wakeboarding, and paddle boarding. Both adults as well as children can take lessons at the centre, and all equipment and wetsuits are provided. The lagoon also offers a fantastic playground and paddling pool that is much-loved by families on warm summer days.

    Brighton Open Air Theatre (BOAT)

    The lawned, open air stage and expertly designed acoustics of Brighton Open Air Theatre, or BOAT, provides an amazing venue for warm summer nights where friends can stretch out and relax with a picnic and glass of wine as they watch the performance. This seasonal venue runs from May to September each year and hosts a variety of performances by local artists including theatre, music, spoken word, debate, film screenings, public talks and more.
