Jay Melton-Ball | Lettings Director

With more than 12 years’ experience in the property industry, first starting his career in our residential sales team, Jay is now Lettings Director at Mishon Mackay and holds his Level 3 ARLA nfopp technical award.

Dealing directly with landlords and applicants, Jay`s knowledge of the local lettings market is second-to-none. With legislation continually developing, Jay prides himself on keeping landlords up-to-date and furthering his own knowledge to provide the best service to all clients.

James McCartney | Senior Lettings Negotiator

James has been with Mishon Mackay for a year and plays a key role within the lettings team. He has been involved in the property industry for the last four and a half years, starting off in sales and moving into lettings and he has quickly found his feet amongst the team. Living locally gives James lots of key knowledge about areas for when a client is looking to buy an investment or a tenant is moving to a new location. His role is to work closely with both landlords and tenants to ensure that both parties have a stress free experience when finding their next tenant or property. In his spare time James likes to spend time with his friends and family, travelling to new places, and he is also a keen football fan.

Jenny Hopkins | Lettings Negotiator

Jenny joined Mishon Mackay three years ago, starting as a Junior Negotiator after working for another local letting agent and has learnt a lot within that time. Jenny grew up in Brighton so she knows the local area well, especially when it comes to advising clients who are new to the area on the best places to visit and socialise. She loves the satisfaction of helping both landlords and tenants to achieve the best outcome. Jenny loves the exciting buzz the lettings industry gives her, seeing the smile on peoples’ faces when they secure their perfect property and also being part of a passionate and energetic team.

Declan Brewster | Lettings Coordinator

Declan is our newest member of the team having previously worked for a local customer service based company. He wanted to use the skills he developed over many years with his love for property and combine the two. His role day to day is carrying out the majority of viewings and dealing with negotiating new tenancies and keeping landlords up to date with viewing feedback. Declan in his spare time enjoys online gaming with friends and playing football and supporting his beloved Arsenal.

Jordan Mackay | Lettings Director

As the Director of our busy Lettings department, Jordan focuses on ensuring our property management and accounts team deliver the highest level of service to our landlords and tenants, ensuring all staff are up to date with ever changing legislation and providing knowledgeable support to all their landlords and tenants. She is fully Level 3 ARLA qualified and has more than 10 years· experience in the property industry and extensive experience in the private lettings sector from referencing, all elements of property maintenance, property inspections and end of tenancy negotiations. Jordan dedicates herself to delivering a professional and timely service.

Maria Vrahnaki | Senior Property Manager

Maria’s extensive experience as a Senior Property Manager gives her an edge in handling any situation that might arise with one of our managed properties. She is highly organised and deals with both routine maintenance and unexpected issues in a timely manner. She has worked hard over the last few years working towards her Level 3 ARLA qualification. Her favourite aspect of property management is problem solving, thus ensuring that both tenants and landlords receive excellent customer service and that all of our properties are maintained to a high standard.

Natasha Carter | Completions Coordinator

Natasha works tirelessly ensuring all our pending move’s go seamlessly and the process is as stress free for our landlords and tenants as possible. She works within the property management team and regularly supports the team with all arears of property management, she loves how fast paced the industry is. She keeps busy arranging tenancies and helping tenants get comfortable in their new home all whilst ensuring the landlords are compliant with the ever changing legislation. Natasha was quick off the mark to express her interest in working towards her Level 3 ARLA and is now a fully qualified member of staff.

Gracie Shepherd | Property Manager

Gracie is an integral part of the Mishon Mackay Property Management team and is never afraid to get stuck in with any element of the job required. She always does her best to ensure all clients receive their desired outcome, whether that be dealing with issues that crop up during a tenancy or being proactive with renewing our tenancies. She has a can do attitude and her dedication to the job and our clients shows through her work and Trustpilot reviews. Gracie likes to ensure she is up to date on any applicable legislation changes and sharing her knowledge with landlords, she believes that communication is key and a vital part of being a property manager.

Claire Kelly | Property Manager

Claire joined our team during the Covid-19 pandemic with a wide knowledge of customer service experience. She deliveries a supportive role within the team, dealing with a wide range of enquiries and maintenance.  Claire’s focused on delivering a high level of customer service to our clients, she takes responsibility for a number of the legal compliance elements of the property management team, as well as conducting our property visits to ensure our landlords properties are being well looked after.
