"I very nearly didn't buy this flat, Seven Dials wasn't an area I knew and I wasn't in love with the style of the building but the parking space swung it. Six years on and its easily one of the smartest choices I've made. Its served me incredibly well with lodgers and Airbnb constantly booked out, as its benefited from the rooms being both large doubles and across from each other with the separate loo to bathroom which has made things easy, plus having a separate kitchen (large enough to sit in) and lounge means people can have their space. Its really bright, and airy which was important to me and more than big enough for two with the bonus of fantastic neighbours I now call friends. The location has afforded me to comfortably work in London, have guests visit without worrying about parking, whilst being at the heartbeat of the city able to dash in and out to the beach (swimming in the mornings), bike rides (up to the downs in ten minutes) and hit the restaurants, cafés, pubs and art/choir courses literally around the corner - I travel everywhere on foot and at a push... a bike! I love the neighborhood community here, knowing the cafe and shop owners etc, I know it'll be very hard to beat!"
