It is a quiet peaceful street of a row of Victorian houses, some have been converted, others remain whole houses, you walk down the steps to your own front door to a hallway. The bedroom is to the front with a nice big sash window which makes the room light and airy, next along the hall is the large lounge with French doors to the south facing patio space, with terracotta tiles and white washed flint walls, and a door to the kitchen.
The kitchen is white wood cabinets with light gray work top over with inset stainless steel sink with gas hob just along and an electric oven under, wall mounted combination boiler. A large window overlooks the patio space and a door to the bathroom. The bathroom with a white suite and window for ventilation has a shower over the bath, WC and pedestal sink.
The location is excellent, being within the hustle of the friendly Kemp Town village, with its neighbourly community, relaxed yet cosmopolitan atmosphere, cosy boutique shops and eateries. The sea is a block away so a short walk and the beautiful Brighton College is at the top of your road.
