For us this has been the perfect family home. The street is extremely quiet with friendly neighbours offering a genuine community feel. Although on the edge of the city, Brighton centre never felt too far away. We have frequently enjoyed the coffee shops and pubs the nearby Seven Dials area offers. Equally Hove, Dyke Road & Preston Park which are all a short walking distance nearby great for kids and picnics.

The house itself is wonderful particularly in summer, we have enjoyed opening the french doors and letting the sunshine flood in whilst relaxing in the garden with a glass of wine. Coupled with the large open plan living area it makes a perfect property to enjoy with friends.

The master bedroom offers great views of the sea and due to the underground reservoir behind the property the views will remain unspoilt.
