A crisp-white painted building with wrought iron railings. The terracotta-tiled stairs lead to the communal front door. The hallway is well-kept and only shared with one other apartment that is on the ground floor. Stairs take you up to the first floor with high ceilings, it is a light and airy apartment.
To the front is a large lounge with oak flooring and a sash bay window drawing in the southerly light. The feature fireplace adds character. The kitchen next door is opened up to the lounge, so it is ideal for entertaining friends and family. The breakfast bar clearly defines the areas. The kitchen is well done with white high gloss cabinets, an integrated dishwasher, a waist height built-in oven and a built-in coffee machine nestled above. The wood worktop contrasts with the cabinets with inset gas hob and stainless-steel sink below the window.
To the rear along the hallway is a cupboard housing the washing machine. The bathroom, with its own frosted window offers light and ventilation, comprises white suite of bath with a shower over, wash hand basin with units above and under and a wall mounted WC. The bedroom next door has high ceilings, a picture rail and the floor-to-ceiling window leads to a delightful balcony offering a quiet and peaceful space to sit whilst reading.
On up to the master suite is an exceptional space with painted floorboards and built-in book cases. The previous occupant has often used this space to work from home, the clever design has made the en-suite shower room with WC to be neatly tucked away, as is a sleeping area the size of a double bed, this could be a walk-in wardrobe if you were using the sizable main room instead.
