Situated on Eaton Place, built by Thomas Cubitt and Grade II listed, this seaside Regency building has curb appeal with recently painted curved façade, a delicate balcony and wrought iron railings. Broad steps lead down to this stylish apartment with its own front door. Polished dark wood flooring contrasts with the crisp white painted walls in the sitting room, boasting a fireplace, and two curved bay sash windows allow light to flood in. The hallway is wide with plenty of space for coats and shoes and there`s a modern cloakroom at the end by the curved wall.

The kitchen is hugely light with big windows and French doors to the patio area, light grey bespoke wood cabinets offer storage and include space for a dishwasher, fridge freezer and large gas range cooker with matching stainless-steel chimney extractor above. A great space for any budding chef with a Belfast sink and big work tops. The utility cupboard with its louvered doors hides the washing machine, tumble dryer and gas combination boiler and offers further great storage.

The large master bedroom is situated in the centre of the apartment with French doors leading out to the patio area. A luxurious en suite bathroom includes a freestanding statement bath that is ideal for lazy soaks, or there is the wet area with its rainfall shower. The bathroom is finished off with slate tiling, a chrome heated towel rail and under floor heating.

Tucked away at the rear of the apartment is a second large bedroom and en-suite. French doors lead out to the central patio space and the bathroom is finished to an equally high standard with slate tiling and a rainfall shower. Sky lights and large windows flood the rooms with light.

In a well-kept Grade ll listed Regency mansion with the beach at one end of the terrace and Kemp Town village around the corner, with its cafes, independent boutiques and vibrant community.

The property is offered furnished and available immediately.
