We will then make contact with the Landlord to get the offer verbally agreed in principle, once the Landlord has verbally agreed to rent the property to you, you will be required to pay your agency fees of £205 + VAT (£246 inc VAT) per person over 18. Your all-inclusive agency fees (per person) include;

You will also be given an agency fee form to sign and photographic ID will be required to carry out to right to rent checks.
Once your agency fee has been paid and all relevant documentation has been returned you will receive your referencing forms via email. You will need to submit your referencing as soon as possible to avoid any delays with your move in date.
Once referencing is concluded and passed, a member of the lettings team will be in contact with you to book your sign up where you will pay the remaining monies, sign the tenancy agreement and collect your keys.
