The kitchen too also overlooks Ventnor Villas having modern fitted units at eye and base level, the landlord is also prepared to leave white goods if necessary. Both bedrooms are doubles and located at the rear of the flat, the bathroom comprises of a modern white suite, having panelled bath with shower over. Off the half landing on the communal hallway there is also an additional storage cupboard, being a good place to store a bike.

Should you wish to secure the property we would require a formal offer taken over the phone on 01273 606076 Opt 1 or in person, a member of staff will go through some details with you to include who will be living in the property, their job titles and financial information, preferred move in dates, and anything relevant to your application.
We will then make contact with the Landlord to get the offer verbally agreed in principle, once the Landlord has verbally agreed to rent the property to you, you will be required to pay your agency fees of £205 + VAT (£246 inc VAT) per person over 18. This can be paid via bank transfer, in cash, or via credit or debit card. Should you need a guarantor, an additional fee of £100+vat (£120inc VAT) will need to be paid along with the standard agency fee as stated above.
Our agency fees are inclusive and no additional fees will apply to you for the duration of your tenancy.* Please note should you wish to propose an early release or tenant swap (subject to the landlords acceptance) fees which would normally be incurred by the landlord will apply to you. Your all-inclusive agency fees (per person) include;
Holding fee, comprehensive referencing per individual, tenancy agreement draw up and dispatch of and your inventory/check out production if required and part of your Landlords set up. We do not charge further fees at renewal if applicable or for a departing reference.
You will also be given an agency fee form to sign and photographic ID will be required to carry out to right to rent checks.
Once your agency fee has been paid and all relevant documentation has been returned you will receive your referencing forms via email. You will need to submit your referencing as soon as possible to avoid any delays with your move in date.
Once referencing is concluded and passed, a member of the lettings team will be in contact with you to book your sign up where you will pay the remaining monies, sign the tenancy agreement and collect your keys.
